Kathy is the absolute best agent! She is honest, sincere, and really does her homework prior to any decision recommendations. She was here for me when I purchased my home and then almost ten years later when the home unfortunately needed to be sold. I received a full price offer within 72 hours of the listing and it was the very first showing! In a market where homes are sitting for more than 100 days, the results were accomplished because of Kathy. I received top dollar with the ability to move to another home and not having to carry any mortgage balance. She will spend countless hours working on your behalf for sure! We did a multitude of road trips checking out properties for me to move to. Not only verifying the condition but the research of the area around homes along with some very thorough history reports.
