We are so glad we chose Kathy Marlowe as the Realtor to sell our condo. She is a seasoned professional and knows the market extremely well and the intricacies of selling/buying in the Florida market. Kathy marketed the place beautifully, has an excellent photographer, and we were pleased with the offers received. Kathy provided guidance on things when warranted and helped coordinate referrals for a couple things we needed to do but live out of state. She went way above the call to help us sell our house, even going to the license branch to help the buyer get a duplicate license when he did not have an ID for the closing. Kathy is the best of the best. She "got us" from the beginning. At first, we wanted to buy a house and mid-way we decided we wanted to buy a condo. We changed our mind on location, financing and just about everything you can think of and she never wavered. She’s the one you want in your corner. Once we fell in love with a place, she was with us, every day no matter when I called/texted her, she responded right away. We’ve used Kathy Marlow for our real estate deals for over 12 years and it has been smooth as silk! We’ve purchased homes and sold through the years with ease and efficiency.
